The community minibus Green Dragon organised by Preseli Rural Transport Association (PRTA) will be offering a pick up & drop off service between festival site and Whitland Train Station, a full timetable and booking details will be announced nearer the time.

Fantastic on site shop this year again with a great range of food and stock from our local shopkeepers JK Lewis stores of Crymych, North Pembrokeshire. They will even take pre-festy orders, again details nearer the time.

The closest Fuel Garage is in Crymych - on the Cardigan to Tenby road but it is shut on Sundays. If you need to fill up on Sunday take the Crymych to Clunderwen Road where you will find Glandy Cross Service Station.

Have you met Bill? He's the main man and the farmer who kindly donates the land for free for the festival to take place - so take note of the guide below - if you do not he will visit your tent with his muck- spreader!

Bill’s Festie Guide:

• Authorised campfires should be attended at all times
• Campfires are to be kept well away from tents and any other structures
• Keep a minimum distance of three metres between tents
• No dogs or camels allowed on site
• All fires must be estinguished before leaving the campsite
• Recycle as much as possible on site. Upon arrival you will be issued with a plastic bag to fill and take to the on site recycling centre located behind the Main Stage in the camping field. Everyone who returns a full recycling bag will receive a free low energy bulb (worth £2 each) sponsored by Swalec
• Fire lanes are to be kept clear at all times
• Please stay within the festival boundary - and respect the land around you. Cows will be grazing with their young calves shortly after the event
• No glass is allowed on site as this can cause serious injury to people, farm animals and wildlife - so please leave glass at home (pour into a suitable plastic container before leaving home)
• You may bring food and drink into the camping area but you will not be allowed to carry drinks into the main arena / festival entertainment area
• Don't forget your suncream and wellies
